Authorization Card the following MUST be submitted by no later than Friday,
December 12:
1. A correctly completed
roster in
uniform order. Only use the attached
roster in
MS Excel format.
Handwritten rosters will not be accepted; rosters should be
computer generated. Make sure that there are no blanks for an individual
player.
2. Proof (eAYSO printout, copy of certificate, copy of confirmation e-mail,
etc.) that they are Safe Haven certified and attach it to the roster.

Online SAFE HAVEN Child and Volunteer Protection course - required for all Coaches and Referees - can now be taken from home!
Please note - this link takes you to the online course provided by our friends in AYSO Region 36 (San Mateo); contacts listed on their site have some of the same board member titles but of course links go to them, not to us.
Coaches are required to be a Registered
Volunteer, and Safe Haven trained - these are the basics for you to have
interactions with our children. The area is moving towards requiring
age-specific coach certifications. You are encouraged to get the required
training in order to provide the best AYSO driven skills for our children.
Thank you in advance for your time and being part of our children's lives as a
properly trained AYSO volunteer.
Yours in youth development,
